Do my guests need the app?
No. Guests can open your invite in any browser and reply with their name and email. They only need the app for chat, the shared camera and their tickets wallet.
Is Rally free?
Yes — invites, RSVPs, chat and the shared camera are free. When you sell tickets, a small fee applies per ticket.
Can I run a paid club?
Yes. Set a one-time joining fee and members pay securely with Stripe when they join. Membership only starts once the payment is confirmed.
How do tickets work at the door?
Every ticket has its own QR code. Scan it from the app at the door — a ticket can only be checked in once, and transferred tickets get a new code.
